The classic "three words that best describe" or the rebellious "three words isn't enough to describe anyone or anything!" In fact, does it really matter how we start? Will the opening paragraph of anything like this really effect how you see Keira Smethwyk? We're going with - probably not, so why bother? In fact that's pretty much the outlook Keira Smethwyk takes on a great number of things. If it's petty and uninteresting chances are the girl refuses to dwell over it for too long. Who decides if it's important, you ask? Well that's pretty self explanatory isn't it? She does. It's her brain that'd be doing the mulling after all. Why would she possibly dawdle on something she's deemed unimportant to begin with? With an "Eager-To-Do-All" twin sister, Keira's response to stressful situations has always been taking the road to apathy. If something’s too hard, or takes too much effort with very little or not enough payoff - chances are she'll drop the endeavor and find something better to do. Thankfully, however, she's always been the type who could manage good decisions from the start. She knows her limitations and her skills, so she doesn't dive into things without first deciding she has an 80% chance of getting good results. Course, when things are miscalculated Keira's ability to come to the decision to simply 'quit' commitments has been known to piss a few people off. It's safe to say that Keira's a bit selfish when it comes to how she acts and the decisions she makes. But who doesn't do the same? Like other's she's capable of seeming like a sociable creature. She enjoys being around people because it makes her feel liked. She enjoys a good laugh with others because it makes her happy. And truthfully she isn't very sorry for admitting that's how things are. And it's A okay. Course, being socially capable doesn't allow Keira to express these feelings and cynical thoughts with others. In fact, socially Keira manages to come off as quite the optimist. She commonly assures people that there's always something better around the corner. The glass is always half full. And there's nothing wrong with going with the flow of life. Over planning ruins the fun of things, and dawdling is a gift to everyone. She plays the part of level headed lady pretty darn well, if she may say so herself. Others, however, may disagree... and that's their prerogative. FAMILY The Smethwyk's are a pureblood family with a lineage that dates relatively far back in the Ministry records. The most famous of the lot includes, Elliot Smethwyk, who invented the Cushioning Charm for brooms in 1820. Then there's his daughter, Leopoldina Smethwyk, who was the first British witch to referee a Quidditch match. But that's not to say the rest of the Smethwyk family tree hasn't done too bad for themselves either. With a number of lawyers, healers, and financial gurus trickled amongst the ancestral line it's no surprise that the family is exceptionally well off financially.
